2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. j77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party, including j77 customer support agents. j77 staff will never ask for your password.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

j77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination & Suspension

j77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multiple account creation, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents.
